worrrking

good morning friends!  

it's currently 8:49 in the am on monday morning!  it was pretty cloudy when i woke up, but now the sun is shining.  

our one resident left for work at 8:30.  so, i'm alone.  i had one phone call, but the person they were looking for wasn't in yet so i put them through to voice mail.  easybreezy.  

so, i've got ten more minutes and then i can go back to sleep.  nine more minutes!  

i like ten men.  wait, what?  ten men.  is that an old phantom planet blog video i'm thinking about?  i like ten men!  i'm getting this memory of alex and darren dancing on their tour bus.  although, that was many blog videos.  oh how i miss those.  i'll try and find some for you later.  they are really a treat.  

so i actually got dressed for work.  i woke up at 7:30.  and got dressed.  i wanted to enjoy putting my nightgown back on when i go back to sleep.  

i thing blog videos are great.  especially band ones.  if i was in a band, you can be sure there would be blog videos.  blog diaries, what you like to call them.  phantom planet really takes the cake for the most awesome and entertaining ones.  

Ruby Tuesday was very excited when i woke up this morning and went out into the kitchen because she thought she was getting breakfast.  i reminded her that she ate her second supper about 4 hours before and she didn't need her breakfast yet.  then i gave her a hug and a kiss and she went back to sleep on Aliya's rock in the tiny room.  there was sunlight coming in.  

i had some sort of dream last night that was interrupted by my alarm clock this morning.  but i can't remember what the dream was.  

i meant to tell you this scary thing that happened to me last week.  READY?  

so, it was tuesday morning.  i went down to work, and then found out that i didn't need to be there, so i went back up to sleep.  it was like, 8am.  then i must have been like, half asleep for a long time.  i woke up because i thought i could hear voices in my living room.  they were saying, 

"julie, we're here!  we're here!"  

and i remember thinking, "oh crap, i'm still asleep!"

so then, i saw a dark figure walk into my room, sit down on my bed, and put his arm around me.  i remember this exactly.  and then i woke up quite suddenly.  it was 8:45.  and i was like, "what the heck just happened?!"  it was a very weird experience.  

i don't know if the whole thing was a very intense dream, or if i was half awake listening to the ghosts in my apartment conversing in the living room.  it was very strange.  and i remember being scared, but still okay.  i was nervous to go back to sleep.  but, things were fine after that.

ALRIGHT THEN.  that's that.  it's 9am.  my shift is over.
